Summary: A/U drabble addition to Shattered. This time, Chakotay does tell Kathryn everything that happened, including the final conversation beside the warp core. Early Christmas present for Shayenne and Jinny R.
In case anyone doesn't know, a drabble is exactly one hundred words, excluding title, etc.
Kathryn frowned. "Why say that to her, Chakotay? It's not like you to lie."
"I didn't lie." He moved over to the couch. "We've never made love on the bridge."
Her eyes widened, her mouth formed an 'O.'
Silence.
"Maybe…"
"I wonder…"
Simultaneous glances, then, "Nah."
"Still…"
"I wish…"
Suddenly Kathryn flew over to her console. "Don't you think Tuvok's war games with the crew are overdue?"
Chakotay grinned. "And we monitor things from the bridge, right? When?"
"Tomorrow."
Anticipation pulsed between them.
"Too long."
Kathryn shrieked as Chakotay slung her over his shoulder and headed off to the bedroom.
