Summary: A double drabble (translation = 200 words)
An "anniversary" present for Shayenne.

Janeway looked up from her desk as Chakotay dropped his bag to her ready room floor. "Welcome back. Didn't you want to stop by your quarters fir…?"

Hauling her to her feet, he pushed her to the wall. His lips swooped down to her surprised mouth and he pressed full-bodied against her. He kissed her long and thoroughly.

"Kathryn, don't ever again leave me to handle ten days of boring negotiations without you unless you're prepared to have the whole nature of our relationship totally and permanently change. I swear that woman, Ambassador Neeri, was deliberately making the discussions as long and tedious as possible."

Kathryn didn't push him away or call for security. Instead, her eyes held an invitation, so he kissed her again.

She murmured slowly, "Well, without change there's no growth. And without growth, things die. We can't have that, now can we? What now?"

He blinked. "Now, I'm going to take a shower, then you are coming over for dinner in one hour."

She liked the way he gave orders. "I'll bring dessert."

After Chakotay left, Kathryn sent a report to Ambassador Neeri regarding her suggestion and help. The message read just two words.

"Mission accomplished."
